How to use
DIRECTIONS:
Bath soak: Fill your bath with hot water. Sprinkle 1-2 handfuls of Epsom Salts into the water and gently mix, for best results soak time 15 -20
minutes. Why not add 3 drops of Ultrapure Lavender Essential Oil to your bath of Epsom Salts for a relaxing home spa.
Exfoliating skin treatment: Mix 2 cups of Epsom Salts with a few drops of Ultrapure Olive Oil. Use this mixture to cleanse, exfoliate and gently remove dry skin patches, or old stubborn tan.
Natural facial: Stir half a teaspoon into cleansing cream and massage into the skin for deep-pore cleansing. Rinse with cold water.
