Can I collect my order from store?

Absolutely, your nearest available store will be shown at checkout and it's free when you spend €25 or more.

Exceptions apply for orders containing products that display the green cross symbol. These are medicines and other healthcare lines that are supplied directly from our pharmacy in Boots Liffey Valley. These items are available for home delivery only.

Will I be charged for the Click & Collect Service?

Online orders

The Click & Collect service is free for orders of €25 or more, or €2.50 if you spend less.

The €2.50 delivery charge will be added to your total when you choose your delivery option at the online checkout.

In store orders

The Click & Collect service is free for all orders placed in store.

How will I know when my order is ready to collect from store?

We’ll send you a text message or an email which will confirm your order number and which store your delivery is ready to collect from.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting an order from in store?

To speed things up when you collect your parcel, please bring your order number (you can show us your text message or email). It’s also a good idea to have photo ID on you just in case we need to see it. If you placed the order in store, please bring your till receipt with you.

What time can I pick up my order?

You can collect your order at any time after 12pm on the delivery date your order is expected into your chosen store. It’s a good idea to wait until we’ve sent you an email or a text message to let you know that your order is ready to collect.

Where in store do I collect my order from?

Just pop into your chosen store and speak to one of our in-store colleagues who will be happy to help. Your collection point will also be stated on your delivery notification.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

If you’d like a friend or relative to collect an order on your behalf, we suggest you contact the store where your order is being stored and let them know that someone will be collecting it for you. It’s also a good idea if that person brings along the order number and a form of photo ID, this could be a driving licence, passport or other photographic ID.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order from store?

We’ll keep your order safe in store for 14 days after your chosen collection date. If you don’t pick it up during that period of time, your items will be returned to the warehouse and we'll automatically refund you back to the payment method you used to place the order. 

If you placed your order in store we're unable to issue a refund automatically. Please see our return details for more information.

Please contact your chosen collection store if you’d like them to keep your order for longer than 14 days.

Do you deliver to airport stores?

We only offer the Click & Collect delivery service from the Dublin Airport store, but please be aware that you need to place your order at least three working days before you fly. 

It’s also worth remembering that some orders may not be suitable to pass through security. Please note we are unable to deliver the following items to the Dublin Airport store:

• Nail clippers

• Toy weapons (Nerf guns, water pistols etc.)

• First aid kits containing any sharp/pointed items

• Nail varnish remover

• Hair dye

• Hair lightener

How do I return an order I collected from store?

The quickest way to return an order you placed online is to return it to any Boots store. If you originally placed the order in store, then you can only return it to a Boots store. For more information on returning items, see our returns page.

What are the full terms and conditions?

Place a boots.ie order via any of our ordering channels (online, in store, via the app or over the phone) before 12pm for collection in store after 12pm on your chosen date.

The Click & Collect service is free for orders over €25. For orders under €25 the service is €2.50.
