The No7 Match Made service is available for walk-ins seeking expert colour advice and recommendations. The No7 Match Made technology finds your perfect colours, shades and finishes for base, blush, bronzer and lips.
Brow services at Benefit, including waxing and tinting have also re-started in selected stores, and Boots Beauty Specialists will continue to offer brand-neutral advice and guidance through touch-free consultations.
If you want to learn more about masked beauty, you can book in with selected premium brands including Clinique, Dior, Urban Decay, and IT Cosmetics who will be offering touch make-up services. Slots can be pre-booked in store and consultants will follow updated safety plans, which include strict PPE guidelines and tool sanitisation. You will be required to wear a mask throughout your appointment.

Important appointment information
During the COVID-19 pandemic we are carefully controlling the number of people in our stores at any one time. Therefore it’s very important that you arrive in the pharmacy at the correct time for your appointment. Please arrive at your scheduled time and if you’re early we ask that you not enter the premises until your allotted time. If you’re late, we may not be able to provide the test and we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to re-schedule your appointment. If you are travelling to be tested with another person we ask that each person attends alone at their scheduled time (unless a chaperone is required). Once your appointment is complete, and in order to minimise dwell time in store, we ask that you leave promptly. Thank you for your co-operation with these important health and safety measures.
