No more old pants from the back of the drawer – update your period wear with our clean-and-simple Bikini style period pants that you can wear with whatever outfit you fancy. They'll give you the same absorbency as your regular Bodyform ultra normal towel, keeping everything locked in for up to 8 hours (average time of use in a consumer study with 246 women). They're washable and reusable too - we're proud to meet the OEKO-TEX standard 100 - and with their snug fit and soft feel, they're as comfy as your normal pants. Just pop them on and let your body flow.
They're made of elastic and a blend of body fabric (which, simply put, means the fabric that comes into first contact with your skin, and which will move and stretch with your body), so they'll feel as comfortable as your normal pants.
How to use
There's a few easy steps to washing your intimawear by Bodyform™. Firstly, rinse them in cold water. Then, pop them in your washing machine at 40 degrees with your usual load (don't use fabric softener or bleach as this can affect the efficiency of the pants). Then simply hang to dry or tumble dry on low. We wouldn't recommend you dry clean them. If you care for them as instructed, your intimawear by Bodyform™ will deliver maximum performance for in excess of 50 washes
Important info
The absorbent gusset has three layers of fabric which work together to lock everything in - these include a wicking layer and absorption material plus a breathable barrier film that prevents any unexpected accidents (blood, sweats, discharges...). When these layers are combined all together, we call this TriTech - you might have seen us use this word, as it's something we're pretty proud of.
In terms of the layers themselves, the wicking layer is made of modern technical fabrics which draw moisture away from the body - you might recognise the term from sportswear. These fabrics are made from high-tech polyester which, unlike cotton, quickly transport the vaginal flows into the absorption layer to feel as dry as possible on the surface. So, perfect for period pants.
The absorbent layer holds the fluid and is treated with a special antibacterial solution which helps to reduce odour, too.
Additionally, the gusset is sealed around the edges, so you can trust it to keep your fluids in. Lastly, our products are free from all (harmful) chemicals and toxins!
