1. prepped lips are the best lips. apply a thin layer of r.e.m. beauty everything nice lip balm to prep lips for a perfectly smooth canvas.
2. use the ultra slim bullet to line lips for precise, mess-free application.
3. to make lips look even poutier, choose a lighter shade to highlight the center of your upper and lower lips.
4. layer r.e.m. beauty at the borderline lip liner and on your collar liquid lipstick underneath for depth and dimension.
5. blot lips with a tissue for a stained look.
6. use a flat, synthetic brush dipped in foundation to correct any mistakes.
7. once your lips are perfectly coated and the formula is set, blot your lips by gently squeezing lips together over a tissue to remove excess product and prevent slippage. don't forget the corners!
