How to use

To maintain the body's fluid level, prepare a solution of 1 tablet per 500ml of water. Adults and 12+ years old: Drink 500 ml before, during and after exercise.

Maximum dosage:

Do not consume more than 2 tablets per day. Taking more that the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Food supplements should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet. 
 

Storage: 

Do not store above 25 degrees celcius and protect from heat and moisture. Keep out of the sight and reach of children, Keep the tube tightly closed. Do not use after the best before date. 
 

Do not store prepared solution for more than 8 hours outside of a refrigirator. If refrigirated the solution may be stored for up to 24 hours
