Flexible even when cold, our Reusable Cooling Compress is soft to touch, suitable for all areas of the body and has a discreet, feminine design. Keep in the freezer to have the cooling relief ready to go as soon as you need it.
How to use
1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
2. Knead contents and apply to affected area
3. Monitor skin during application to avoid frostbite. If pack feels too cold, wrap in towel.
4. Place in freezer bag and store in freezer for future cold therapy use.
Hazards and Cautions
- Do not apply for more than 20 minutes.
- Individuals with circulatory or diabetic issues should consult a physician before use.
- Do not sit or lean on pack.
- External use only.
