How to use
Use Milani Blush Brush, another favorite Milani brush or a pad to swirl rose blush onto cheek bones for a brilliant pop of color. Apply powder to skin in a soft, circular motion. For a bright blush look, apply high on the cheekbones. For a naturally radiant flush, use this kiss of rose colour on the apples of the cheeks. Blend colours in different orders and proportions to achieve endless possibilities.
