How to use
DIRECTIONS: Use twice daily. Apply morning and evening after brushing or when directed by your dental healthcare professional. Pour 15 ml (3 x 5 ml teaspoonfuls) into a glass, rinse around teeth and gums for 60 seconds, then spit out.
