5% Niacinamide: Also known as Vitamin B3, this powerful active ingredient helps to reduce blemishes and even out the complexion, for clearer-looking skin. Niacinamide limits excess shine caused by sebum, redness related to the formation of spots, and hyperpigmentation.
Fermented Ginseng flower extract (Saccharomyces/Panax Ginseng flower ferment): Brightens the skin and works to even out skin tone, to help brighten the eye area.
