High protein, low sugar pancakes

These capsules contain a variety of active ingredients, including choline which contributes to normal fat metabolism, and caffeine. Vitamin B6 and B12 help to reduce feelings of fatigue and tiredness which can also help improve workout performance. Simply consume one or two capsules in the morning and one or two capsules in the afternoon with food or a shake, and plenty of water*.
