Nut butter & vanilla smoothie

Go nuts for this brilliant breakfast smoothie that’s sure to make your morning! With banana, oats, almond milk and nut butter, it has everything you’ll need to set you up for the day ahead, and it’s perfect for on-the-go. Gorgeously rich and creamy in texture, it’s also dairy-free. 


• 1 banana

• 2tbsp Meridian Coconut & Almond Butter

• 250ml Plenish Organic Almond M*lk

• 2tbsp porridge oats

• ½ vanilla pod


1. Peel & chop the banana and place in the blender

2. Add 2 tablespoons of the nut butter

3. Pour in 250ml of almond milk

4. Add 2 tablespoons of porridge oats

5. Cut a vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds before adding them to the mixture

6. Whizz everything together in the blender until smooth, then serve
