Step 1 – curl

Step 2 – smooth

Apply serum and run your fingers through the hair to loosen the curls.

Step 3 – braid

Start braiding backwards, leaving one strand of hair to fall down at each crossover to create a ‘waterfall’ effect.

Step 4 – repeat

Tie with a small hairband at the end of the braid, then repeat on the other side. Pull out the plaits slightly to give them body and volume.

Cross the plaits over at the back and secure with grips.
