Buff banana & kale smoothie

Give your workout a little boost

Why not give this tasty tropical smoothie a go post-workout? High in protein and healthy carbs, it’s perfect for refuelling after hitting the gym. Packed full of fruit and veg, it’s a great source of fibre and counts as one of your five-a-day, too!


Ingredients

• ½ orange

• 1 banana

• 60g chopped kale

• 200ml coconut water (available in store)

• 1 serving Bioglan Supergreens Protein Powder


Method

1. Peel and chop half an orange

2. Chop the banana into slices

3. Wash the kale leaves, then put everything into the blender

4. Pour in 200ml of coconut water

5. Finish with 1 scoop of protein powder

6. Blend all the ingredients together and serve
