Real Techniques Foundation Brush 1402
not up to my expectations
I decied to purchase this after seeing various youtube gurus recommending the real techniques brushes. i have many other make up brushes but it's my first foundation brush. i expected it to apply my foundation flawlessly, without any streaks and marks from the bristles. indeed, the bristles are very very soft and feel nice against the skin BUT i had to blend the foundation in with my fingers after using the brush because it left quite visible marks from the bristles. the main problem area with this was the nose, the brush applied barely any foundation there.. i tried different ways of using this brush in order to find the perfect method but i just couldn't get it to work. what a shame!

value for money
this brush is good value for money if your looking for a foundation brush. it does it's job as well as any other foundation brush i've owned, the problem as previous reviewers have mentioned is sometimes it does leave streaks, but to be honest this is always going to happen with foundation brush's. the mojority of the application is flawless but you may need to sometimes use your fingers to blend some area's the nose, chin and neck especially. i would recommend getting a brush cleaner as you will need to clean this constantly to keep it from becoming clogged or dry and help with a smooth spplication.

This is the best flat foundation brush I have ever used.
My foundation applies beautifully with this brush. I usually use this to apply the product and then the buffing brush to work it in. You could however use this on its own. I like to use a buffing brush afterwords as I use very Matte foundations that take a bit more work to blend. However when using a more natural finish foundation this does the job perfectly.
