L'Oréal Casting 613 Iced Mocha 4.8 5 17 17
At last! Have been having my hair highlighted for as long as I can remember but on my last visit I think she had an off day! My hair was almost completely yellow/white. My daughter recommended both Casting and a new hairdresser but couldn't face him looking as I did so tried the Sweet Honey variation. Have gradually darkened it by using different shades-Golden Chesnut and now Iced Mocha and have finally achieved my natural colour! So far my new 'do' and colour have recieved many compiments. My only problem now is deciding which shade to try next :-) January 18, 2012
Does exactly what it says on the box I was a little hesitant to use this product because a few years ago I tried Casting Creme Gloss in Light Brown and ended up with black/purple hair. However, I decided to go for it and hope for the best. Glad I did! The product was very easy to apply. I have quite long, thick hair and it usually takes ages to evenly distribute dye, but because Casting Creme Gloss is applied to damp hair, it's so much quicker. I recommend buying two boxes if your hair is long for a more professional looking result. The dye did smell but nowhere near as horrid as permanent colours. You get a lovely, nourishing conditioner too, which left my hair soft and detangled. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by how healthy my hair felt. I tend to use permanent hair dyes and they are obviously more damaging. The main thing is the colour achieved. It looks exactly like the one on the box and I'm thrilled! I started off with slightly brassy light brown/dark blonde hair (a faded permanent colour Level 6) and an inch of natural light brown roots. Now my shade is a glossy light chocolate brown, not too red, not too ashy. Exactly like the model's on the box. I definitely recommend this particular shade. May 5, 2012
I use those hair colors for 15 years and they are the best. The color of the hair is as nature color. January 20, 2013
