WHAT IT IS: Oil Control Clearing Water Lotion is a toner for men with oily, breakout prone skin. The dual-phase formula clears excess oil and residual grime for clearer looking skin in an instant. The oil clearing effect leaves skin looking smooth and polished. Pores are visibly minimized, and skin is primed for Oil Control Moisturizer.
This product was formerly known as Oil Control Clearing Solution. In an effort to take care of the environment like we take care of men's skin, we've repackaged the same great formula you love in new, more sustainable packaging that is now recyclable. 27% minimum post-consumer recycled content.
