How to use
10 mins prep, 17-20 mins bake.
- 1 egg or an egg replacer of choice (e.g. 1 ripe mashed banana)
- 35ml (3.5 tbsp) vegetable oil
- 75ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) water
- 15g (1 tbsp) honey or agave nectar
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease with some coconut oil or butter.
2. In a small bowl combine the egg (or egg replacer), honey (or agave nectar), water and oil.
3. Pour the contents of the mix into a large bowl, add wet ingredients and stir until incorporated.
4. Form the dough into small balls (3-4cm in diameter), press slightly to flatten,put on the tray and bake for 17-20 minutes.
