Snoring occurs when the soft tissue at the back of the throat relaxes during sleep and breathing causes the tissue to vibrate. The vibration produces the noise we know as snoring.
Boots Sleepeaze Snoring Relief Throat Spray works by toning and lubricating the soft tissue to reduce these vibrations.
The throat spray starts to work immediately and the long-lasting formula ensures that it can remain effective through out the night
How to use
Always read the product information before use.
Apply each night (or as required) as follows :
- Shake the bottle
- Spray three times towards the back of the throat
- Hold for 20 seconds before swallowing

Please note: There is no guaranteed cure for snoring, however our Throat Spray can help to relieve the symptoms. This product is not a cure for sleep apnoea, a related respiratory medical condition, where breathing stops temporarily during sleep.
