Batiste Dry Shampoo Tropical - Coconut & Exotic 400ml
Recently I thought I would invest in some dry shampoo, so bought the Treseme one, as it looked promising. BIG mistake, did very little for my hair.
After speaking to my friend, I bought this one. I was admitedly sceptical at first because it was very cheap and the packaging looked very 'budget'. However this is an excellent product. I makes my hair look freshly washed, and lasts for a long time too. It is a white spray, which may be a problem for darked haired people. However hair is a light brown/blonde, so it works fine for me. It also has a nice coconut smell.
Its perfect for those days when your hair looks a little tired and you don't have time to wash it- brilliant for music festivals and other such things
BUY IT - you won't regret.

Almost a Miracle!
Many of my friends had recommended dry shampoo for when you're hair is a bit on the greasy side and you have no time to wash it. They recommended many different products so I went to our local small boots and this was the only one they had.
What can I say...Its amazing! I have auburn hair (dark brown with red tinges) and its very very thick. Not a lot of hair products work on it :(
BUT! I spray it on, massage it in, and my hair is INSTANTLY better. Not quite newly washed look, but not so terrible that I need to cover up with a hat!
The white foam that the other reviewer was worried about is not a problem, it disappears once you massage it in :)

I have tried many dry shampoos in the past, all 4 times the cost of Batiste 400ml and a 1/4 of the size.
This product has well exceeded my expectations and is excellent value for money.
I tried this for the first time when I was running late one day and didn't have time to wash my hair. This really was a last resort and boy am I glad I was running late that day.
Batiste leaves absolutely no white residue when you give it a quick rub or brush it through your hair. It's also non sticky and actually feels like your hair has just been freshly washed. This particular one also has a gorgeous scent which lasts for ages.
Now for the best part...I woke up the next morning expecting my hair to be greasy again but it wasn't AT ALL...not a hint of it needing washed at all so I thought well why bother? To my amazement the next day it didn't appear to need washed either. I was able to go 4 days without having to wash my hair. Now some people might think this is gross but if you don't live in a big city where dirt and grime is getting into your hair then there's no need at all. On the 4th day it still felt fresh and beautiful from the first use of Batiste but I decided to wash it then just in case there was any grime lurking somewhere.
My hair is highlighted so I'm delighted that I can now cut down the amount of times I wash my hair and put it through the harmful heat of blow drying and straightening.
I've not gone from washing my hair every 2 days to every 3-4 days now.
This has become a regular in my regime...it's not just useful for when you don't have time but also to cut down on harming your hair by constant styling.
I would recommend having 2 of your normal brushes when using Batiste...although it quickly melts into your hair, you will get quite a bit of residue on your brush so I keep one brush for when I've no Batiste in my hair and another for when I do.
