How to use
Each pack contains 10 single-dose pessaries, wrapped discreetly in foil. We recommend using 1 pessary before bed for mess-free application, when lying or sitting down. Remove the pessary from its foil and gently insert it into the vagina with your fingers. Then wake up to soothing relief.
