Yves Saint Laurent Forever Youth Liberator Foundation 30ml
Worth the money
I was wary about spending so much on a foundation but i was swayed by the added skin benefits that are included. It's also worth noting that you should go into store to get colour matched before purchasing as i thought i might be B20 but when i was colour matched i was BD50, and it is the closest colour match in a foundation i have ever found!
The product is medium coverage that is build able. I have acne scaring and it covers them was ease. It's not at all heavy looking or feeling. It smooths on the skin like silk even without using a primer and i find it lasts me all day without seeing any signs of creasing or the foundation separating around the more oily areas of my face. I'd say this is great for dry and combo skins but not for super oily skin types.
I use one pump when i want minimal coverage and two if i want extra cover. The packaging is lovely and the pump dispenses just enough. I can see this lasting a long time.
Great purchase. The most loved item in my makeup collection.

Been using this foundation for over 6 months now and I love it. But do get a colour match done as there are not many shades to choose from. But a lovely light foundation for the older skin and has SPF 20 in it

I was given a sample of this initially. I was the lightest shade. It goes on very easily. I've applied it with a duo fibre stippling brush, round kabuki brush, a makeup sponge and my fingers and they all go on fine. I personally prefer a kabuki brush because its the quickest. I found it versatile. It's a foundation that can be layered if more coverage is needed. It can be sheered out if a light, fresh look it wanted. It is a dewy finish, so it very different from the new Touche Eclat foundation, which I found to be very matte. I prefer this foundation to the TE foundation. I apply powder to areas of shine, like my T zone and I find I only need a very light stroke of highlighter to finish it. It lasts well during the day.
