Wrights Traditional Coal Tar Soap 125g

Not as stated
Purchased this after reading Boots web site description. This is not a Coal Tar Soap as stated it is infact a Coal Tar FRAGRANCED soap was dissapointed as being a psoriosis sufferer had high hopes of a soap wich would ease my condition. Smells the same but isnt the real deal

Best skin wash out there
This soap is amazing, I do agree with the other review as proper Wright's tar soap should contain coal and this does not and its the coal that has lots of added effects.
However this soap has made my skin clearer, cleaner, healthier looking, but does not dry out my skin.
I've also used the dead sea soaps which are good but dried out my skin, this one has never done that.
I've tried absolutely almost for my skin and I think for the affect this has and the price its juts unbeatable

Takes me back!
I didn't realise they had taken the actual coal tar out of this either and it was just a synthetic fragrance however I didn't buy it for medicinal purposes but for the nostalgia, this smell really takes me back to my childhood (i'm nearly 40) when bubble bath was a once a week treat meaning a bar of soap was the usual thing to get washed with in the bath and in our house it was always Wrights Coal Tar Soap. It may be a tad medicinal for some peoples liking but I love it, its is fresh zingy and your skin feels hygienically clean after using it. I don't use it in the bath any more but have it in the kitchen and bathroom for handwashing as I prefer a bar over a liquid soap and it's great for telling if kids have really washed their hands or not after using the loo due to the distinctive smell!!
