Scott Cornwall Precolour Clarifying Treatment 100ml
Fantastic product, but a little harsh...
When I first purchased this, I was sceptical - the bottle seemed way too small to have enough product in to treat my medium-long hair!
However, I was very surprised - one bottle has had enough in to treat my hair 3 separate times!
It works like a shampoo; apply to wet hair, massage in, rinse and repeat. I noticed that when using it, my hair started to feel very dry and rough, and drying my hair afterwards (in order to put on dye) I found my hair to be extremely tangled to where it hurt slightly to comb and brush.
It's great at removing colour and lessening vibrancy, so great if you want to dye over an existing colour without the smell and hassle of using Colour Remover.
I use this a lot now as I have dark hair, and don't bleach or lighten my hair due to the hassle and damaging effect of it - this allows me to use and prolong the colour of semipermanent dye for several months easily if I use this before applying the dye.
Always a go to for me!

This Product is Rubbish!
I've got an appointment at my local salon to have my hair color, so i normally clarify my hair and thought i'd give this a go. I have really long hair, so was expecting some knots, however, my hair was incredibly tangled, i had a brush for detangling which helped, but took about an hour. My hair is really dry, you can feel this while shampooing, it feels like cardboard. I've given 1 star because it would have taken all build up off.

Great Build-Up Remover
I haven't used this pre-colour, I just use it as a build-up remover every 4 months or so. When your hair starts to look dull and feels like it has build up in it, it can be from particular shampoo's and products you are using, lots of them create build up on my hair. I just use this to get that shine and clean squeak back. It has ammonia in it so it will make your hair a bit dry - will need lots of conditioner or a treatment afterwards but definitely worth it. I think its great for £4.
