You will have an initial consultation with a Boots Stop for Good Advisor to develop a personalised plan to help you stop smoking.
When you are ready to give up smoking, your advisor will work with you to devise a personalised plan, and help you keep a 'smoking diary'. Your Boots advisor will support you during the 12-week programme, with weekly consultations, and advice whenever you need it. By monitoring your progress using a carbon monoxide monitor, you can see your progress clearly!
