Does the Job My daughter's physiotherapist prescribed the use of medial support arches. My daughter has an inherited 'flat foot' condition and the problems that this will cause are very likely to increase as she ages. So, regular use of these supports show to improve conditions. We've not had used these before so are going completely on the physio's advice. But as far as the Boots product is concerned, seems to be doing the job & is comfortable. I ordered 2 online for choice and Boots in the high street took the unwanted one back with no problem February 24, 2014
Has made such an improvement! On the recommendation of my physio I was prompted to buy these orthotic insoles. I have had chronic pain arising from a strained/inflammed Achillies tendon - but since using the insoles in my trainers (and other walking shoes) the pain has decreased and I feel I now have a much superior level of support and shock absorbtion for my feet. The insoles can easliy be trimmed to achieve a good fit in your trainers/shoes - but you will most likely have to remove the original trainer/shoe insole first before fitting this one in (otherwise your foot won't fit your shoe). I'm so impressed with the support, I've even taken to putting the insoles in my slippers when I'm indoors. May 6, 2015
Misleading sizing I ordered a size small, as I am a lady with size 5 feet. On picking the product up, I read on the side of the box that it is a male size 5, so was too big for me. I need an extra small, which Scholl have stopped producing it appears, after researching it on-line. I hope Boots change the information to reflect the sizing. May 11, 2015
