Neutrogena Hydro Boost Micellar Water
I was so disappointed with this product.
My first try using this product, I had minimal make up on to what I would normally wear -
- light foundation layer (Estee Lauder Double Wear)
- eyebrow make up (ABH Dipbrow Pomade)
- mascara (Estee Lauder Double Wear)
And that was it! Normally I have several other products like concealer, blush, eye-shadow, eyeliner etc.
But boy did I struggle to remove this minimal make up with the micellar water. I felt like I used so much product and the make-up just wasn't budging. It was even harder the next time I tried with full make-up on. It didn't remove the make-up, just moved it around my face. I ended up with panda eyes and blusher on my nose, cute.
I would not buy this product again. Considering the hefty price tag of £7.99 for 200ml in comparison to the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (£4.99 for 400ml), it is not worth the buy at all. The only good thing about this product is the lovely smell. Don't waste your pennies girl, stick to the tried, tested and trusted Garnier holy grail cleansing water!

Did not do what it says!
I used this on my face in the morning and my whole face was itchy and dry on my cheeks. I then tried removin make up with it but there was still make up left on my face! Not worth the money or price! So disappointed!

I created an account just so I could give this the review it deserves. I was very disappointed with this product. Not only only that it doesn't do what it claims to do, but it's also 3 x times more expensive than other similar products that are actually really good (ie: Garnier Micellar Water). I thought I'd try this because of the brand and the product description that claims so revolutionary. I was so angry about how bad this turned out to be that I actually tried to get a refund from Boots. So if you're thinking about bying this, don't. It's really bad!
