How to use
- Peel open and remove the strip.
- Moisten your teeth with your tongue and then apply the strip to your upper teeth.
- Align the top edge of the strip with the gum line. Press the strip to the teeth and hold for 3 seconds.
- Fold the excess strip behind the teeth.
- Allow your top lip to rest over the strip.
- Optional - You can also repeat the process for the lower teeth.

Mr. Blanc Teeth Strips will whiten natural teeth only. Veneers and fillings will not be affected.
Not recommended for use by pregnant or breast feeding women.
Do not use this product if you suffer from gum problems.
