King of Shaves Alphagel The KING OF SHAVES ALPHAGEL ANTIBACTERIAL SHAVE GEL - is quite simply the best gel around. I've used King of Shaves oil in the past, but despite giving a smooth shave, the oil collects the beard and clogs the blades a little. With this gel you get the very best of both worlds - a low foaming gel, reducing friction on your skin and gliding the blade smoothly. And as well as having to shave my beard each day - I have my bald head to keep smooth too - and it does the job - perfectly. December 8, 2009
AlphaGel Review Recently my girlfriend got some shaving gel for me; King Of Shaves Alphagel. My first thoughts were what is it? As I applied it to my face I felt immediately a cooling sensation I hadn't experienced before with any other product. After applying, there was only a thin layer of gunk all over my face, I felt may not be enough, but I thought I'd better follow instructions. Shaving felt really smooth, and clean. I didn't feel the usual scraping across my face. The shave remained this way from start to finish, the razor just gliding over my face. As I rinsed the gel from my face the cooling sensation really kicked in. It was as if someone was pressing ice cubes against my face. Following the shave my face felt great. There was almost none of the usual burning feeling, and after applying a little moisturiser to my face, there was no discomfort noticed. So this stuff actually works. I was very surprised and delighted. I have got used to the gel now, and have continued using it for the last few months. It continues to work as well as it did on the first occasion. Anyone who has experienced problems with shaving due to sensitive skin should try the Alphagel. Even if you don't have sensitive skin I would recommend trying the gel. December 29, 2009
