  • I want to change my password

    To change your password follow the steps below:

    • Click 'My Account' at the top of the page
    • Enter your email address and password and click "Sign in to"
    • Click '' account'
    • Click the 'Tick here if you would like to change your password' box.
    • The password fields will be blank, enter your new password into the appropriate field
    • Enter it again to confirm
    • Click 'Submit'
    • A message will appear at the top of the screen to confirm your password has changed
    • You will receive an email to advise the account has been updated

  • Having trouble logging in?

    • Check the spelling of your email address as well as your password - passwords are also case sensitive.
    • Forgotten your password? Click on the 'Login / Register' link at the top of the page and then the 'Forgotten password'.
    • Type in your email address, surname and date of birth then click 'Submit'. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you have any problems at this stage please contact our Customer Care team, see the 'Contact us' section of the site for more details.
    • Once you have received your new password email, click the 'Change password' link . Enter your new password into the appropriate field and enter it again to confirm.
    • Click 'Submit' to change your password. You'll then be logged into your account and we'll send you a second email to confirm your details have been updated.
    • More than 6 unsuccessful attempts will deactivate your account. If this happens please contact our Customer Care team, see the 'Contact us' section of the site for more details

  • How to update your details

    Once you've logged in you can use the 'My account' section of the site to update your personal details including:

    • Your email address
    • Your password
    • Your name
    • Your Advantage Card number and club details
    • Your address book

    Please remember that we do not share your details with any third party organisation outside of Boots, unless it is necessary to check credit details or references. If you have indicated that you don't mind receiving direct marketing, your shopping history and profile will help to ensure that any information you receive from Boots is relevant.

    Registering on isn't all about being able to shop; we also offer many other great features which you can access using the 'My Account' link at the top of the page

    Tracking a delivery - The 'Order history' section displays details of orders you've placed and includes a link to the carriers website so you can track your parcels. For more details click here.

    Tracking a refund - The 'Returns history' section allows you to see if your return has been processed.For more details on returns please click here.

    How to re-order - The re-order function makes it easy for you to buy items included in previous orders. All you need to do is find your order using the 'Order history' section and click the 'Re-order' button. The items will then be added to your basket. If one or more of the items are out of stock a message will appear at the top of the page to advise you.

    Your address book - You can save addresses to make shopping really simple. Then when you checkout, just select an address you wish to use. You can also add and delete addresses.

    Favourites - If there are items you buy regularly you can add them to your favourites. You can then quickly add some, or all of these to your basket

    Wish list - You can create a list for a birthday, anniversary or any special occasion. You can then e-mail your friends and family with the selected items you wish them to buy for you

  • How to place an order

    To shop on you have to register and log in. You can either do this before you start to shop or when you decide to checkout. Either way we only need a password and a couple of basic details from you. Any orders on can only be delivered within the Republic of Ireland.

    To place an order just follow a few simple steps:

    • Login to your account. Any items you've previously added will already be in your basket
    • Add any other items to your basket that you wish to buy
    • Once all items are added, click 'view basket' at the top of the page. You will see a list of your items
    • In your basket you can change quantities, remove items, enter promotion codes or enter an Advantage Card. You can also add a giftbox and message here
    • Once you've clicked 'Checkout' you need to choose a delivery address. Previously saved address will just need clicking to select them.
    • Click on 'Confirm address'. You will see all delivery options available
    • Select the delivery option you want and click 'Confirm delivery options'.
    • This is now the final page before your order is placed. Confirm all the details in the summaries on the right and side are correct.
    • Select from PayPal or Credit/Debit card. If selecting Credit/Debit card you need to complete all fields marked with *.
    • Click 'Place order'. Depending on your payment type one of the below will happen:
      • You will taken to PayPal's website to confirm payment. Then see the confirmation page
      • If you are registered with Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode you will be prompted for your password
      • The order confirmation page appears

  • I haven't received all of my order paperwork

    You'll only receive paperwork for the first 50 items in your order. For full details of your order, sign into your account and view order history.

    Your order may arrive in a number of boxes on different days and at different times. You can track all of your parcels in the 'Order history' on you account.

  • How do I check if my local store has stock of an item?

    Firstly, you need to search for the item using the search field at the top of the page. Once you have found the item there may be an option to view the stock in a local area. Not all items will have the stock checker. Items which don't have a stock checker are items that are only available on, items that are sent directly from a supplier, Opticians items and items that are in a mixed box where you can't specify the colour/size you want.

  • Why isn't my local store shown on the stock checker?

    We only list stores that stock the selected item. Therefore, your local store isn't a stockist and you will need to either buy from or visit one of the stores shown.

  • What does limited stock mean?

    There is a small amount left of this item in this store and we can't guarantee how long the item will be available for. We suggest buying this item quickly or buying from or another store listed.
