Celebrity Slim is a diet programme that helps to reduce the amount of carbohydrates and overall calories in your diet
However it is not a total meal replacement diet and encourages followers to eat between five and six smaller portions a day, rather than the usual three. This helps to keep the metabolism going and means you're less likely to feel hungry as often as you usually would.
