Q. Can I use Celebrity Slim if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Q. Do I need to also do exercise as part of the Celebrity Slim programme?

A. While exercise is not a key part of the Celebrity Slim diet programme, regular exercise is recommended as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Exercising doesn't mean you need to be at the gym every day. It can simply be going out for a brisk walk or making changes to your normal daily routines, for example, taking the stairs instead of the lift or parking 10 minutes from your destination so you walk the final part. If you have a lot of weight to lose, it's a good idea to speak to your doctor before embarking on any exercise programme.



Q. Can I use Celebrity Slim if I have lactose intolerance, have diabetes or if I have Coeliac's disease?

A. As skimmed milk powder, which contains lactose, is one of the ingredients in the Celebrity Slim shakes, these would not be suitable for those with a lactose intolerance.



People with Type 1 diabetes should not use Celebrity Slim and should always ensure they follow their doctor's dietary recommendations.

People with type 2 diabetes can benefit from the Celebrity Slim programme but must always seek medical advice from a doctor, dietician or diabetes nurse first. Always follow your doctor's advice about monitoring blood sugar levels or making changes to the dose of your medication while you are using the Celebrity Slim programme.

Some of the flavourings used in the Celebrity Slim shakes may contain traces of gluten, making it unsuitable for those with Coeliac's disease.
