Updating your personal details

Update your Boots Advantage Card details so we can keep you informed about the latest news and offers in store and online


If you want to change your name or address online you must be registered with us.

To register:

Update your details online
  1. Click 'Advantage Card' at the top of the screen.
  2. Scroll down to 'My Advantage Card account'.
  3. Enter your e-mail address in the 'register' box.
  4. Enter your details including your Advantage Card number.

If you've already registered your Boots Advantage Card details online, you can then update your personal details by following the steps below.

  1. Click 'My Advantage Card account' to login
  2. Enter your e-mail address and password
  3. Click 'my personal details'
  4. Update the field required and press submit.

Over the phone

If you want to speak to someone about updating your details you can call the Boots Advantage Card team on 1890 200085*.

Changing your name?

If you change your name we can arrange for it to be printed on a new Boots Advantage Card for you.

Just follow the online steps above
validate your reciepts

If you choose to have a new card you will not be able to use your old card to spend your points. However, you can still collect points in store and on Boots.ie while waiting for your new Advantage Card to arrive.** We will automatically transfer the points from your old card to your new card.

For all changes to your personal details other than changing your name, we'll simply update our records and you can keep using your current Advantage Card.

* Please note we may record your calls to help maintain our high standards of service. 1890 numbers (LoCall rate) call charges will vary depending upon your provider. Calls from mobiles, payphones and charge cards may cost more.

** Points are not available on infant milks (up to six months) and gift vouchers/cards. Online points are not available on gift boxes and delivery charges.
