Complan Nutritional Drink is a fortified supplement to be consumed alongside a healthy and balanced diet. It contains 26 vitamins and minerals to support general health and wellbeing, including:
• Protein – helps with muscle growth and maintenance
• Vitamin C and iron – supports normal immune function
• Calcium and vitamin D – contributes to the maintenance of regular bone function
• B vitamins, including B6 and B12 – helps to reduce fatigue
This chocolate flavoured drink can be enjoyed hot or cold and each serving contains all the nutrients of a light and balanced meal.

How to use
Take 1-2 sachets per day (suggested intake for adults)
• Measure out 200ml of water or milk (cold or warm)
• Add a small amount of the water or milk to a glass or mug
• Add 1 sachet of Complan
• Mix to a smooth cream with a whisk or fork
• Top up with the remaining water or milk, stirring continuously
