Snoring occurs when the soft tissue at the back of the throat relaxes during sleep and breathing causes this tissue to vibrate. This vibration produces the noise we know as snoring.
Boots Sleepeaze Snoring Relief Oral Strips work by toning and lubricating the soft tissue to reduce these vibrations. The throat strips start to work immediately and the long-lasting formula ensure that they can remain effective throughout the night.
How to use
Always read the product information before use.
Apply each night (or as required) as follows:
- Place an Oral Strip on the roof of the mouth
- Allow to dissolve
For best results, do not eat or drink after applying the throat strip. More than one application of throat strips may be taken, but usually one application is sufficient.
Hazards and Cautions
Store in a cool, dry place between 5 and 25°C. If you pregnant, talk to your pharmacist or doctor before use.
Keep out of reach of small children.

There is no guaranteed cure for snoring, however these Snoring Throat Strips can help to relieve the symptoms. This product is not a cure for sleep apnoea, a related respiratory medical condition, where breathing stops temporarily during sleep.
