How to use
How to Nodge Your Knots
It should feel like a thumb pressing deep into places you can't reach.
Hold the handle with 2 hands. One above the other.
Position the Back Nodger red massage head on a knot (a knot feels like a tender area within your muscle)
Relax your shoulders and inhale deep through your nose. Exhale and relax.
Apply targeted pressure into the knot by pushing the handle away from you
Stay relaxed and accept the pressure for 1 deep breath in and out.
Move the Back Nodger head to a different spot within the same knot or on to a new knot.
Repeat the process.
