It's important that you let us know when you've changed your details so that we can send you fantastic customer mailings, money off vouchers, extra points coupons and invites to exclusive events. We wouldn't want you to miss out so we've made it easy for you to update your details:

In Store

Pop in to your nearest Boots and fill out an application form. Your advantage card will be sent 2 - 3 weeks later.

What happens next?

If you're changing your name then we will send you a replacement Advantage Card with your new name printed on it. For all other changes to your personal details, we'll simply update our records and you can keep using your current Advantage Card.

While you're waiting for your replacement Advantage Card to arrive

You will receive your new Advantage Card within 2-3 weeks, with your points balance transferred on to it, but we don't want you to miss out on collecting points while you're waiting.

Simply ask the cashier to validate your receipts. The cashier will print a barcode on to your receipt which contains the information for your collected points. Save all your receipts and take them into any Boots store with your new Advantage Card and a member of staff will add your points onto your Advantage Card for you, providing you do this within 45 days of your receipt being validated.
