If you have lost your Advantage Card, don't panic! We'll replace your Advantage Card as quickly as we can, and transfer your old points balance onto it.

What happens next?

You will receive your new Advantage Card within 2-3 weeks, with your points balance transferred on to it, but we don't want you to miss out so you can still collect points while you wait for your new Advantage Card to arrive.

If you're shopping in store simply ask the cashier to validate your receipts. The cashier will print a barcode onto your receipt which contains the information for your collected points. Save all your receipts and take them into any Boots store with your new Advantage Card and a member of staff will add your points onto your new Advantage Card for you, providing you do this within 45 days of your receipt being validated.
